Cesc Fabregas has spoken out over Barca’s shock exit from the Champions League last night. He believes the result to be “unjust” for the Catalan side…

Former Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas has labeled Barcelona’s shock Champions League semi-final defeat to Chelsea as “unjust” and says that his Barca side now need to focus their attention on the Copa del Rey.
The London side went to the Nou Camp last night holding a slender 1-0 lead, a lead that was leveled on aggregate when Sergio Busquets tapped home Cuenca’s cross half way through the first half.
Seconds later Blue’s skipper John Terry was sent off for kneeing Alexis Sanchez in the back, opening the door for Barca to score their second of the night and take a 2-1 aggregate lead, thanks to a neat finish from Iniesta.
But a Ramires goal on the stroke of half-time put Chelsea in the ascendancy once again, allowing a colossal rearguard effort from the Blues defence to see them hold off a second half Barca rampage. Fernando Torres then broke away to score an injury time winner, sealing the Catalans’ fate.
“Football is unjust sometimes,” Fabregas said.
“If there’s one way you want to lose, it’s like this, being true to our style. I’m 24 years old, and I’ve never seen the Camp Nou react like this after a defeat. This is a great team, we’ll be back next year.
“Now we have to think about the four last Liga games and then the cup final. This team, this club, has always risen again.”
Barcelona’s president Sandro Rosell said it was important to take the defeat in the right manner.
“We have fought for 90 minutes, we stayed true to our game,” he said. “I am proud of the team and the fans. Now we must prepare for cup final.
“We’ve shown that we can win, and now it’s the time to show that we can lose too. It has been a hard blow, but you can only congratulate Chelsea. You should be able to accept defeat.”
Fabregas moved to the Catalan side from Arsenal last summer and has so far gone on to score an impressive 15 goals for the club this season.
TELL US ABOUT IT....It only happen once to them, he already moaned. How about us at Liverpool FC. It happen so many times when we played at ANFIELD.
