Liverpool and Tottenham target Ibrahim Afellay could be available for as little as £6m this summer, according to reports in Spain.
The Barcelona star missed six months with a knee ligament injury sustained in September and now it has been suggested that Barca are ready to let him go.
It was initially thought that they wanted to loan him out so the Dutch international could regain his match fitness before having another crack at the Barcelona first team.
But now reports in Spain have revealed the Catalan club would be willing to sell Afellay for just £6m.
Afellay, 26, was one of the most highly-rated midfielders in Europe when he swapped PSV for Barca last year.
Before his move to Spain, Tottenham and Liverpool had both expressed an interest while Arsenal have also been linked with him in the past.
Now Premier League admirers could be about to make their move with his market value so low, although it could rocket once again should he perform well for Holland at Euro 2012.
